I am really grateful because I managed to finish my Social Media Portfolio assignment within the time given by my kind lecturer Abdul Hamid Abdul Halim  . This assignment would not complete without the helps form my lecturer, my friends and my family. I would like to thank my lecturer who teach me and my classmates in this subject Principles of Entrepreneurship (ENT 530) and also thank you for the time and efforts to guide and encourage me to complete this assignment. 

Last but not least, I would like to thanks my friends and classmates that helps me to complete my assignment. Thank you to my family for the supports and understanding since I did this

Executive Summary

 

         "Everyone must want an interesting painting to be used as decoration or home decor" That is the tagline that gives new life to Hfizstudio which is to provide opportunities for all our valued customers. Experience beautiful paintings with the use of #hfizstudio for homeland art lovers. The main objective of this business is to provide the best quality in drawings with the concept of drawings drawn on demand. Looking into this business is also to provide some works to be sold at the request of customers and art enthusiasts.The start of this online business is as early as 14 October 2017 which uses various social media platforms . The target for the sale of these paintings is subject to all walks of life who are fond of handicrafts for example teachers, government employees, workers or men and women. Since the opening again I received good feedback from customers who responded positively to my work. For them, the service and also the offer for delivery are also safe either by COD delivery or by service postage.We also offer painting gifts to be given specially to customers. This is one way to give customers more interest in art, and also we will make a painting giveaway for our product. Hfizstudio is also a company that presents various progress and video works to respond to the audience who see to attract their interest in the art of the homeland in Malaysia.

         Hfizstudio provides various types of works including watercolor, painting and mixed media. We also provide various types of sizes according to the customer's suitability. We also give free gifts to customers for every work purchased. For any order, Hfizstudio customers can visit the Facebook page, Youtube channel  and Instagram profile . We also provide delivery services to customers via COD or postage to the whole of peninsular Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.

The price of our products is according to the current situation. We also charge a reasonable shipping charge. Purchase of each work will be given free additional work as a token of appreciation to each customer. Postage is charged depending on the work and the area in Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak.

           In conclusion, I gained a lot of experience and learned various things especially is in terms of this aspect of Social Media Portfolio. Honestly at first I felt a bit gloomy but when I studied it I was able to see some of the process. I have learned how to run an online business on social media and get a positive impact in terms of acceptance of my company. As we know, to succeed in this business requires patience as well as the right strategy to attract customers. Online business especially for me is very good for this modern age with the presence, the influence of social media such as tiktok platform, youtube, instagram, facebook and twitter help a lot, especially young businessmen. These online marketers are also more likely to shop online than physically shopping malls. This is because, it is much better and easier for the customer.

 

          I hope my online business will continue to thrive and thrive in the market because I need to achieve my goals and vision to become one of the artwork commissions known especially in Malaysia. I will also do my best to maintain the best quality in the production of my work. In addition, I also introduce a reasonable price to ensure the stability of the customer or collector to buy my work. Moreover, I hope that with the achievements that I will achieve in the future in helping to expand my studio so that in addition to buying and selling, I can even open my studio to be used as a place to work.

 

 Finally, social media is now the best platform to interact with customers and this is very helpful to our business nowadays. In this Social Media Portfolio assignment, I learned how to manage my own business in real life, how to grab consumer attention online, how to promote my business, how to communicate with customers. I have seen many business tool features on Facebook that I feel are very helpful for running an online business. As an entrepreneur, I realize the advantages of online

business for marketing today and I also make a certain amount of profit while dealing with this assignments. Lastly, I hope my veil business gets more attention after this.
